Three University Talent Programs were specifically cited in the decision to select
- The Supply Chain and Field Sales Leadership Development Programs that have participants build real, first-hand experience in a variety of functions across the business while also building practical leadership skills. Both of these programs are two years in duration and offer senior-level support for participants as well as continued leadership training.
- Coca-Cola Canada is also proud to offer current undergraduate students a 12-week paid Summer Sales Internship Program which gives students an opportunity to jump straight into the world of field sales and gain useful experience working for one of the most recognizable brands in the world.
