Ingredients Quantities
fairlife 0% ultrafiltered, lactose free skimmed milk 2 cups
Quick-cooking oats 1 cup
Wheat bran 1/4 cup
Honey 3 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Ice 1 cup
